The 7 basic chakra points of the human body, their locations, general attributes and related chakra gems are as follows:
BASE CHAKRA.
Muladhara. Base of the spine. Colour - Red Jasper
Physical Association - Adrenal glands, kidneys, spinal column, back, hips and legs. Stability, security and grounding as well as courage and physical and emotional survival. When this chakra is off balance we tend to experience emotions of anxiousness, fearfulness, anger and frustration. By using one of the following chakra gems on your root chakra good health and vitality will return...
