DIDN'T RECEIVE CORRECT ITEM:
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us prior to leaving feedback or attempting to return. We will always make your order right. If the item needs to be returned back to us due to our mistake, we will pay all return postage to return the item back to us. When contacting us please provide full eBay item number of the wrong item you received to speed up the re-order process.
Pictures may also be required to process returns
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you have a item that is defective, please contact us for instructions on returning. Defective claims can only be made up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Photos of the item’s defects are required.  If we determine the item has been abused, mishandled or altered a refund will not be issued.
DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED:
If you received an item that was damaged in shipping you must be able to provide us pictures of the damaged item and packaging. If this information cannot be provided then claim cannot be processed. You must contact us within 3 business days for damage claims. Once we are contacted and have proper proof of damage we will replace or refund the item.
Note:
Return shipping fees will be covered if the item is wrong, defective, or damaged.
RETURNS
Item must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST. Call us at 219-208-0077 or message us through eBay to obtain authorization before shipping your item back. Then send your item back to us with a copy of the original order in order to receive proper refund of the item’s cost.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the item is received and processed at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount as stated in above return policies. SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide!  Shipping occurs five to six days a week from Asheville, North Carolina, USA.
Our standard shipping options are as follows:
Domestic orders = UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground, or FedEx 2 Day, our choice
International orders = UPS Worldwide Economy, Standard, or Expedited, our choice.
If you pay for an upgrade, we will use a service that offers that specific delivery time.
Please help yourself keep shipping cost down by purchasing multiple items at one time.  We offer discounts for combined shipping.  If Ebay does not combine your shipping, please try again from a desktop browser.  If Ebay still does not combine your shipping, please contact us.
Make sure your ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE.  If your package arrives at someone else’s address because you gave us an incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for replacing your lost package.  If we receive the package returned to us, you are responsible for the second shipping charge and will be billed before we can reship your package to the correct address.  If we do not receive the package returned to us, you may place another order.
In order to see shipping options and cost, you may have to complete the purchase process past payment method in order to view and select shipping options.
While we have a quick processing time and ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving it, sometimes tracking will not begin for several days.  If your tracking number does not show any movement on your package, please be patient.  Carriers will often be in possession of packages but not show updated tracking information, even though the package is indeed moving.  As we only have the same tracking information you have, please be patient and wait for your tracking to show movement before contacting us asking where your package is.
If your package is marked as delivered and it is not, please wait til the end of the following business day to contact us.  Postal carriers often mark tracking as “delivered” before it actually arrives at your door.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
On average, UPS Worldwide Economy takes 5-12 days and UPS Worldwide Expedited takes 2-5 days for packages to arrive at their final destination.  HOWEVER, sometimes these services can have delays, and we have experienced on rare occasions it can take 8 weeks or longer, depending on your country and your customs office.  Be patient and please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.  We understand you need to be protected, and we want you to feel safe shopping with us.  Please allow ample time for mail to arrive before you take action.  Thank you!
International customers may have to pay duty and/or VAT taxes upon receipt of the item.  We will do our best to ensure that you do not incur duty, but we are not responsible for any taxation that you may incur.
RETURN POLICY
The stone business for us is a labor of love. We are elated that it is our job to find proper homes for the stones that seek us out. We want YOU to be happy with what you received from Throwin' Stones and the transaction that you experienced. This for us is an integral part of doing business with these fascinating natural products. If you are not happy with what you receive, please let us know immediately upon delivery.
All items are sold as is but exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving items if they are not as described. Buyer pays return shipping unless we have arranged otherwise, and we are not responsible for shipping carrier loss or damage. Items must be carefully packed with all original packaging.
If the stone does not "feel right" to you, we ask that you pay return shipping to get it back to us so we can find its proper home. Please DO NOT select "item not as described" if you file a return for this reason.
We reserve the right to decide if it will be either an exchange or a return that we can offer until we receive the item(s) being returned. For exchanges and returns, we reserve the right to retain a restocking fee. The fee will be 10% of the item amount, withheld from the refund amount.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for international orders.
